I joined Southgate Medallion Family Day Homes in 2006 as a Consultant. I have Master of Education Degree and Early Childhood Development Diploma.
I also have a Certificate in Adult and Continuing Education from Faculty of Extension, University of Alberta.
I am passionate about children receiving quality child care. The best part of my job is supporting providers, families and staff. I enjoy working as a trainer, guide, coach and mentor to support providers and strengthen family child care.
I started working with Southgate Medallion Family Day Homes in 2018.
I graduated in 2015 with Diploma in Early Learning and Child Care from MacEwan University. I have 3 years experience working with children.
I love spending time with children and watch them grow. I am passionate about supporting the providers in providing quality child care.
I joined the agency in January 2017.
I received my Level 1 in child care in 2003 and worked at a daycare. I have since then earned my Level 2 in insurance and worked at an insurance agency for 2 years.

I have a Bachelor of Arts degree and a diploma in Early Learning and Child Care from Grant MacEwan University. I completed Certificate in Adult and Continuing Education (CACE) from the University of Alberta, Faculty of Extension in 2015. I started working with Southgate Medallion Family Day Homes as a Consultant in 2005.
I believe that Early Childhood Educators play a very important role in the all round development of young children and support to families. As a Consultant and a Coordinator with the agency I enjoy working with the staff and the day home providers as a mentor, guide and coach and feel gratified with all the respect and love showered upon me by them.
I have been working with Southgate Medallion as a Day home Consultant since 2012. I currently have my Early Childhood Educator diploma, graduating from Grant MacEwan University.
I love the opportunity to work with providers and support them in providing high quality care for children. It is so rewarding to role model for the providers and to give ideas about how to educate children through thoughtful play
activities and experiences.
I originally started with Southgate Medallion Day Homes over 26 years ago in administration support.
After raising 3 children and working in Property Management and Real Estate,
I am happy to be back working with Southgate Medallion in the accounts receivable department.
I completed my education here in Edmonton at Grant MacEwan with studies in the social sciences.
I enjoy the new opportunities that working at the agency brings and when I am able to meet and communicate with the parents and providers.
I originally joined Southgate Family Day Homes as a provider. In 1990, I started working in the office and became a member of the management team in 2012.
I have a Medical Secretary Certificate from Grant MacEwan University, courses in psychology & business and an Accounting Diploma from Grant MacEwan University.
My favorite part of my job is the opportunity to work with great people. I like that there is something new to learn every day.
I have worked at the agency since May 2018. I have graduated with Bachelors in Child and Youth Care from MacEwan University. I have worked in a variety of settings in the human service industry as well as early childhood education.
I am excited to build relationships with providers and children through visits and play time. I enjoy supporting the providers, parents, and children who are part of the agency.
I have been with the agency since 1998. I work as front desk support.
I received my Early Childhood Development Diploma from Grant MacEwan. Since that time I have attended numerous workshops and conferences regarding child care.
My passion is my family. I adore my grandchildren and love watching them learn and grow. I have always said that working with the agency is the best of two worlds.
I have the privilege of working with wonderful providers and the joy of working with children. I love that I am still able to learn about the great wonder of child development.
