"With the introduction to ‘Best Practices” in child care and higher standards to strive for - I see child care providers take their work more seriously and with more pride in their child care business and accomplishments. It has given them confidence in their skills and I see them articulating themselves eagerly and professionally while in the community. Family Child care is no longer ‘just baby sitting’. Our caregivers are more than pleased to tell me all they accomplish during a typical day. Recognition for their hard work and their training has given them all a much needed boost as they move forward while celebrating the one thing that brought us together….The love of children!" - Home Visitor
"I feel valued more for what I do." - Provider
