Accreditation
The Alberta Association for the Accreditation of Early Learning and Care Services (Link: http://aelcs.ca/default.aspx) opened in October, 2004. Southgate Medallion was the first family day home agency in Alberta to receive accreditation: awarded June 29, 2005. We were awarded re accreditation status on June 28, 2008 and again June 30, 2011 following our site visit on May 24 & 25, 2011.

This certificate acknowledges the hard work your child care service had to undertake to gather and demonstrate the necessary evidence that your program continues to provide a high standard of care to the children and families it serves.”
